Our STOMA ALERT app is patient friendly. You are only a few steps away from the consultation!
Download the app on your phone or other mobile device.
The application is available in the GooglePlay and AppStore.
Registration
Register and activate your account.
To do so, fill out and submit the registration form. Your information will be verified by our staff. We will call you or send you an e-mail. After positive verification, you will get access to the STOMA ALERT app and instructions on how to proceed.
Log in, if you already have an online account.
Non-registered patients can use the stoma knowledge base free of charge.
Necessary equipment
To take full advantage of the STOMA ALERT, purchase STOMA STICK with the special template.
This equipment is used to take images with better parameters contributing to the precise diagnosis by medical personnel. STOMA STICK is available in our store.
Fees
Fees for remote consultations (e-consultations) are charged to your account in the form of points, which you can purchase in our store.
You can also use STOMA ALERT services free of charge. Ask at your clinic (primary health care), if it uses the STOMA ALERT program.
Choosing a stoma doctor and a nurse
The app has a list of stoma doctors and nurses, as well as a list of medical facilities offering remote stoma care through the STOMA ALERT system. Choose your doctor and stoma nurse.
If you use STOMA ALERT services at your clinic (primary health care), the doctor and nurse will be assigned to that clinic.
Execution of e-consultation
Prepare the data necessary for the e-consultation.
To do so, answer the questions asked in the STOMA ALERT app. Take a photo (use the STOMA STICK with a template) or a video of your stoma. Validate the data and send the e-consultation.
Receive the medical/nursing recommendations in the app and review them.
